As we entered the room, it smelled like a cigar. Plus the remote cannot adjust the level of their airconditioner, maybe it was the battery at all and I hope they get an action with these kinds of critiques. Overall it is in a good location. Great visit and will do it again.

Tgere were no trash bin on the room and the room smells like cigar when we came in. There was also an annoying drilling sound during pur stay.

Been staying here since the start of ber months 2023 up to today. The staff are all reliable, especially to our requests (always 7th or 8th floor). The place is also near our workplaces. The food is also good ✨ The best sinigang & calamares. ♥️ But we will be leaving this 2nd week of January. I will surely miss this place! Babalik balik kami every month sa lugar na 'to. 🥺♥️

I love it the first time when we walk in last january 29 there is no waiting time that at the moment we arrive we were given room immediately. Though unlike other branch they do not have a free bottled water but instead they give us pitcher of drinking water

the hotel location is good, especially since it's close to the malls. the room is fine, but it's not soundproof since you'll hear the noises outside, like opening doors of other rooms and when someone talks. the food is not so good, especially for its price but the customer service is nice.
